Welcome to Shooting Stars Clinic Volunteer/Mentor Registration

Thank you for volunteering with our special needs clinic 

  • Adult Volunteers will get a T-shirt on the first night
  • Youth Volunteers are asked to wear their soccer jerseys - Youth Volunteers must be at least 12 years old by May 31, 2024

Anyone volunteering for more than one night is required to complete the volunteer background check for adults and youth must complete minor volunteer form.  Instructions will be on your exit email after you register.
