In order to rent the Freedom Community Center please emailfreedomcommunitycenter3@gmail.com and you will receive a Password so that you can register and pay.
Fees are:
$50 per event hr. plus $350.00($200.00 is for security deposit)
Upstairs: capacity 50 - there are 5 round 72” tables and 5 small square tables --additional round tables available upon request at time of contract). - Minimum of 2 hour rental
Downstairs (Capacity - 200):
4 hours - $475.00 + $200.00 Security Deposit
5 hours - $525.00 + $200.00 Security Deposit
6 hours – $575.00 + $300.00 Security Deposit
7 hours - $625.00 + $350.00 Security Deposit
8 hours - $675.00 + $400.00 Security Deposit
If your rental is over 8 hours, please request a quote. There are no rentals after 11:00 PM.
Downstairs there are tables which are 8 foot by 30 inches; there are 28 tables and 250 folding chairs.
With this registration I agree that I will abide by all rules, regulations and terms set forth below for the Rental of the Freedom Optimist Hall (upstairs & downstairs) for the date and times listed on my registration.
IMPORTANT: You must email freedomcommunitycenter3@gmail.com a copy of a Certificate of Insurance for General Liability in the amount of $500,000 naming the Optimist Club of Freedom District as “additionally insured” which can be secured from either a business or homeowner’s insurance provider once registration is complete. If this form is not received within 20 days of registration – this registration will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION: ½ of rpaid fees is Non-Refundable
BUILDING SECURITY:Upon completion of event and inspection of the premises renters will be issued a refund of their security deposit back to your form of payment within 30 days after your event date
