In order to rent the Freedom Optimist Hall please email optimisthall@gmail.com and you will receive a Password so that you can register and pay.
Feess are:
Upstairs (Capacity - 60): $50.00/hour plus $275.00
Downstairs (Capacity - 225):
$600.00 - 4 hours
$650.00 - 5 hours
$700.00 - 6 hours
$750.00 - 7 hours
$800.00 - 8 hours
$850.00 - 9 hours
$900.00 - 10 hours
$950.00 - 11 hours
$1,000.00 - 12 hours
All fees include $200.00 security deposit.
With this registration I agree that I will abide by all rules, regulations and terms set forth below for the Rental of the Freedom Optimist Hall (upstairs & downstairs) for the date and times listed on my registration.
IMPORTANT: You must email (optimisthall@gmail.com) a copy of a Certificate of Insurance for General Liability in the amount of $500,000 naming the Optimist Club of Freedom District as “additionally insured” which can be secured from either a business or homeowner’s insurance provider once registration is complete. If this form is not received within 20 days of registration – this registration will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION: ½ of rental fee is Non-Refundable
BUILDING SECURITY: Upon completion of event and inspection of the premises renters will be issued a $200.00 refund back to your form of payment within 30 days after your event date
